What are you entitled to as a buyer?
FLY Custom Flags is characterized by offering users maximum simplicity and fluidity if they need to make use of a product warranty.
That is why we put a specific Guarantee for each group of products we offer, as detailed in the Guarantee Policy and Category Information.
Return and refund policy for the “FLAGS” category.
This product category does not have the possibility of return or refund. Due to being a personalized product.
The product will be replaced with a new one. The customer has the obligation to return the unwanted product at no cost to the customer, in the case of:

Breakage of the product within the stipulated warranty.

Reception of a product very different from the one agreed upon.

Severe damage at the time of purchase/reception of the product.
The product will be replaced with a new one. The customer has the obligation to return the unwanted product at no cost to the customer.
The process must be accompanied by photographs or videos in which the product and its defects can be made visible in order to guarantee replacement or return.
Under no circumstances may the product received by the customer be manipulated, this would nullify any return or replacement process.

The refund of the product may be made within the next 15 days of receipt/payment of the product, as applicable.
The product will be replaced with a new one. The customer has the obligation to return the unwanted product at no cost to the customer, in the case of:
