At the time of purchase, fill in your shipping information so we can calculate the type of shipping you need.

 

We offer national and international shipping.

As a FLY Custom Flags customer, you can select the following domestic shipping methods.

 

Within the Peninsula:

1. Express Premium national shipping to the Peninsula from €17.25 with VAT included. With this rate we promise that you will receive your order the day after we have notified you of its shipment before 10 in the morning.
   With this option you can receive your order of up to 25KG.
    

2. Express national shipping to the Peninsula from €9.65 with VAT included. With this rate we promise that you will receive your order the day after we have notified you of its shipment before 2:00 p.m.
   With this option you can receive your order of up to 25KG.
    

3. Standard national shipping to the Peninsula from €7.69 with VAT included. With this rate we promise that you will receive your order the day after we have notified you of its shipment within a period of 24 to 48 hours. With this option you can receive your order of up to 25KG.
    

As a FLY Custom Flags customer, you can also select shipping to any of the Islands outside the Peninsula, both the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands:

1. National shipping Standard Islands from €11.44 with VAT included. With this rate we promise that you will receive your order the day after we have notified you of its shipment within a period of 48H to 72H.

** For shipments to the Canary Islands, due to the possibility of requesting order documentation, delivery may be delayed.
*** For shipments to the Canary Islands, if you have to pay taxes to receive the package, these will be the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event that shipping is not possible, we will contact you from FLY Custom Flags to resolve the problem.

It is essential that all shipments have an email and telephone number (preferably a mobile phone) so that, if necessary, the transport company or FLY Custom Flags can contact the buyer if there is any problem with the delivery or if There is any incident during the shipping process.
 

 

From FLY Custom Flags we will contact you to notify you that the shipment has left or to notify you that the shipping process of your order has begun.

We will provide you with a tracking number and the carrier's website so you can track the shipment.

Standard international shipments, shipping time between 4 and 6 days and with up to 20KG per shipment.
