Warranty Conditions

Through this form the client can contact FLY Custom Flags to process the warranty of a product and later determine together with FLY Custom Flags a solution for this.

​

For the benefit of all and in order to speed up the processes of both receipt and shipment of material, no case will be accepted that does not meet any of the requirements established by FLY Custom Flags in its general warranty conditions, mentioned below:

  • Poorly packaged product.

  • Partial or complete remainder of materials other than the product. These cases will be rejected and returned postage due.

  • If we receive a damaged product due to poor packaging, we will not be responsible for this guarantee. The problem will be notified to the customer so that they can resolve it directly. In this case, FLY Custom Flags reserves the right to invoice shipping costs and necessary labor, if any.
     

When processing the warranty for any product of any category, do not send it immediately, you must wait for the acceptance of the case with the shipping instructions.

 

If the same item is not available, the exchange will be made for an item with identical or similar benefits, always informing in advance and after acceptance by the client. Regarding the replacement item, the client's opinion will be taken into account as long as the request is not disproportionate, as indicated in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text. of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Each category has a guarantee and conditions of use and maintenance so that it can be effective for at least its duration. This does not mean that products have a single warranty period.

Guarantee and Information of the “FLAGS” category.

To guarantee the durability of the Flags:

  • Avoid possible folds or folds when storing them.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to corrosive cleaning products or strong cleaning products. For proper cleaning, we recommend using soap and water along with a microfiber cloth. Gently rub over the surface.

  • Avoid the use of corrosive products, also avoiding the use of scouring pads or abrasive surfaces to avoid premature deterioration.

This category has a 4-month use guarantee.

Guarantee and Information of the “POP’S and BELTS” category.

POP'S:

Made with flexible material from Thermoplastic Polyurethane. It can be deformed and stretched to a limit that can be varied depending on its conservation.

For correct conservation we recommend:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

  • Under no circumstances apply direct flame.

  • Avoid contact with corrosive products or corrosive surfaces.

  • Avoid handling with sharp or sharp elements.

  • Avoid contact with chemicals. It may have adverse reactions. For proper cleaning, use soap and water, a microfiber cloth, or similar. Avoid cleaning with corrosive surfaces to avoid damage or premature wear.
     

This category has a 4-month use guarantee.

BELTS: 

Made with Polypropylene. High resistance to pulling and grabbing up to a limit that can be varied depending on its conservation.

For correct conservation we recommend:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

  • Under no circumstances apply direct flame.

  • Avoid contact with corrosive products or corrosive surfaces.

  • Avoid handling with sharp or sharp elements.

  • Avoid contact with chemicals. It may have adverse reactions. For proper cleaning, use soap and water, a microfiber cloth, or similar. Avoid cleaning with corrosive surfaces to avoid damage or premature wear.
     

This category has a 4-month warranty, which includes the belt buckle. Thus understanding “belt” as the set formed by the belt and the buckle.

Guarantee and Information of the “CLOTHING” category.

A wide variety of materials can be found, explained in each product, which is why, in order not to damage the product, we recommend avoiding washing at high temperatures, which can corrode the product or damage it. Always wash with cold water and preferably by hand.

Due to the customization applied to all products in this category, this product does not have a specific guarantee, this being alterable according to the conditions named in the “Return and refund policy for the “CLOTHING” category.”

 

Return process

Once we receive the product(s), we will return the money by bank transfer to the number you provide us previously.
